Helping Small Businesses Stay Secure at SBE 2025 In Houston
The mission of USUA at SBE Houston on November 5, 2025, was to raise awareness about a critical service every company using cloud applications needs: secure IAM management. In today’s era of AI-driven threats, we did our best to explain to small business owners how to keep themselves protected.
The most important topic USUA talked about was OIDC (OpenID Connect) because it helps companies ensure the right people can access the right resources safely, without giving hackers a way in. With more businesses using cloud apps, USUA helped attendees understand that OIDC is key to keeping young companies secure from the very beginning of their business.
Consultations like these are especially important in today’s era of growing AI-driven attacks. Being proactive about IAM management and cybersecurity is no longer just a checklist item – it’s a real competitive advantage. USUA aimed to show that planning the budget and security strategy early can save small businesses from big problems down the road and help them stay ahead in this new era of cybersecurity.
